New: Park Closures due to flooding
– Bright Angel Park (suspension bridge over Koksilah River)
– Maple Grove Park – Cowichan Bay
– Sandy Pool Regional Park – Sahtlam
– Jack Fleetwood Park – Cowichan Station
– Busy Place Creek – Glenora

Duncan Road Closures due to flooding:
– Canada Avenue – Sherman Road to Beverly Street
– Mary Street – OPEN – January 30, 2018
– Philip Street – OPEN (except part between Islay and Canada Avenue) – January 30, 2018
– Tzouhalem Road – OPEN – January 30, 2018

Chemainus/Crofton Road Closures due to flooding:
– Pinson’s Corners where Chemainus & Crofton Road intersect – OPEN – January 30, 2018

Maple Bay Road Closures due to flooding:
– Genoa Bay Road (5700 to 5881)

Skutz Falls Road
– 6500 block culvert being checked by Mainroad Contracting

Pacific Marine Route Closure due to flooding:
– Fairy Lake

Sandbags available:
– North Cowichan Public Works – 20 max, ask Manager or Supervisor if you need more
– Duncan Public Works
– Bings Creek Recycling Centre
– Peerless Road Recycling Centre
– Lake Cowichan Public Works
